The only drawback in this company is salary issue. Employees are not paid properly on time, sometimes it will be taken 15-20 days delay.

Everything is terrible here... No proper salary, sometimes they even skip to credit for a month... It feels like school more than a workplace. No work culture The experience we gain here is of no use. No learning and career growth opportunity

...whcih were set by our CEO. There is no proper career which helps for our growth. Salaries have become a big issue and dont know exactly when the salary will be credited. Credting incentives has stopped so many months back. Apart from CEO rest of the employees are good and politics were played by only CEO. Work environment is good and infrastructure is well organised in the company.

Company is overall good and friendly environment, salary will be credited late during year ending, but usually it won’t happen like that..growth will a but less but talented people can survive with better hike every 6months

...onally won't recommend omics. It has worst work environment. Has dirty politics. Employees don't get salary on time. There is no career growth. Team leads are very partial and some of them don't even deserve to be a team lead. Team leads lack leadership skills and knowledge. Seriously is a waste of time. No proper management system.

Everything. Worst company ever. Employees are forced to submit there original certificate CEO is also out of mind and is very ill mannered. Out of 5 I would rate -5
