Salary and career growth is very low. Hard working and dedicated professionals not recognised. Rewards and recognition is time and requirement based not on performance. High work load and pressure during working hours. Poor management. Always supports seniors without listening complete scenario.

... very slow. 2.Recognization is very late. 3.No retaintion policy of employee. 4.Base salary level is too low as per market standard. 5.Unneccesary too many recruitment in unutilized sectors and lacking of manpower and investment where it actually needed. 6. Very less monitoring towards RM levels regd biasness / core value adaptation instead of only speaking those.

... jim and gaming arcade. Company policies are very good special for job security. Appraisal are good they provide good hike and bonus two time in a year.

In my opinion everything is very transparent and nothing ls dislike about company.

Work culture is very good ,you feel very secure to work hare ,they Tri to develop skill level of the employee in every possible way

No appreciation for your Good work ,you will never get a chance to promote your self ,no good salary increment,in this company only certain people enjoying there work ,they never give any chance to develop always try to de-motivate saying that your performance is not at all god

Management is irresponsible and lacks accountability , Hectic work pressure at the executive level and No one cares about the employees work life balance, No equal work distribution
