Worked here for 3.5 years but only positive side is on time salary! No training, no benefits with dumb ex-bankers as your clueless bosses, disturbingly high level of politics

Egoistic management, preferential treatment to Sales and Marketing team, directionless company with no vision and mission, Operations staff are treated like second class citizens. No benefits, allowences or perks

...e environment. The management is extremely helpful and caring towards employees. Salary and increments are given timely without any bias and purely on basis of performance.

Growth is slow here in terms of promotion. other than that there is no negative aspect.

There are opportunities to grow, good staff, flexible and understanding management. Supportive Senior managers. No office politics at all.

Professional and monetary growth is slower, it can be improved.

I have worked in many companies before. But this is the best company and I spent here 05 years of my life very happily. During Corona period, office was closed for around 3 to 4 months and we were working from home but every one including house keepers, office boys got full salary without any deduction. Also we received proper annual increment. There is no unwanted interference of management or our seniors in our day to day work. I have never experienced any politics anywhere and ever in this office.
