Egoistic management, preferential treatment to Sales and Marketing team, directionless company with no vision and mission, Operations staff are treated like second class citizens. No benefits, allowences or perks

The senior management will dump indiscriminate work load on staff especially operations, no process definitions are in place, no HR department, no performance appraisals just aimless work, the management has no idea where the company is headed
