1. No job security 2. Meetings on holidays, late nights which continues till early morning 3. Remove manpower over phone in 5mins notice 4. Can't take your leaves 5. Since, you can't take leave, there will be accumulated leaves while leaving the organization. But those can't be encashed, no where written but HR will inform you over phone. 6. Unless and untill you document everything, HR will somehow or other try to deduct your full and final settlement by showing funny reasons like laptop/charger/ ID Card not submitted.

Everything bull shit here, there is one guy his name is Manjunath Oovappa, he is targetting everyday on me. He using rash, brutal & f*** words, he took more than 2 or 3meetings everyday in online and discussing sales everyday. If one day we go with zero sale he said go out of the Company and put the resign else will send the termination letter. The HR mentioned in appointment letter 48hrs per week but in sales field 11 to 12 hrs per day. As a EC Manager we have to lift the Store shutter and by EOD we should close it. Opening hours 9/9.30am to 8.30 or above (10pm). Totally I missing health and life.

Actually, I like the skills I’ve developed, and the salary is good, but there are no promotions or appraisals available here. Additionally, my reporting manager has not recommended me for better position.

Working hours are very long here like 10-11 hrs every day.

Lots of learning, less bureaucracy and good salary structure

Lack of clarity even to leaders. All decisions taken by Founder. The way it was run when it was a startup is still continuing. Leaders seem to be powerless as a NO from founder is never challenged and seems like there is a fear lurking among subordinates to say no even if they know they are right

Very dissatisfied with the working Coulter, we working overtime without any extra payment, we buy tools from our salary, company doesn't provide any tools
