Worst part is that there no job security , any employee with any grade (low or high) will lose your job anytime due to cost cutting which will happen all of a sudden. No appraisal and no variable. Only join if you are searching for a job with no job in hand.

Worst culture ever. Extreme stress and pressure from the top to complete the tasks within a premature deadline. Thankfully the worst CTO level executive has quit. He was downright abusive and filthy in his language to his colleagues and subordinates.
