Most of the weekends and national holidays are working People joining here are expected to know everything - no concept of KT or handholding Worst HR policy - no proper leave policy in place; HRs only follow upper management

No job security, no work lofe balance, don't get into the company because of his good salary its a kind of trap, sudden firing even if you have 11 months of expierence and beg for 1 month extend or expierence letter of 1 year they don't.

Worst culture ever. Extreme stress and pressure from the top to complete the tasks within a premature deadline. Thankfully the worst CTO level executive has quit. He was downright abusive and filthy in his language to his colleagues and subordinates. Yet, the problem remains bcoz the man at the top himself has a temper problem towards his colleagues and subordinates. If he does not like someones face- that person is asked to leave on the spot. That's how bad and judgemental it is.
