No work life balance - people are considered robots Micromanagement Unrealistic goal setting Blame game amongst team - no one cares about solution; everyone keeps shouting at each other Work is totally different from what is described in the JD You can get a call as late as 12.00 in the night. Most of the weekends and national holidays are working People joining here are expected to know everything - no concept of KT or handholding Worst HR policy - no proper leave policy in place; HRs only follow upper management

...tomer. He strategise to sell all the bad scooters telling lies to the customers. I hate working here, I get a very good salary but soon I will get divorced because there is no work-life balance

It's like nothing.NO SELF-RESPECT,NOT AT ALL SALARY SATISFACTION,NO WORK LIFE BALANCE,NO UPRAISAL.SEEMS LIKE DEGREE IS JUST A WASTE.KNOWLEDGE IS NOTHING..SEEMS LIKE ALL HAVE CAME FROM REFERRAL.

Hardly anything at all.. except that the salary is paid on time- end of the month.

Worst culture ever. Extreme stress and pressure from the top to complete the tasks within a premature deadline. Thankfully the worst CTO level executive has quit. He was downright abusive and filthy in his language to his colleagues and subordinates. Yet, the problem remains bcoz the man at the top himself has a temper problem towards his colleagues and subordinates. If he does not like someones face- that person is asked to leave on the spot. That's how bad and judgemental it is.

Actually, I like the skills I’ve developed, and the salary is good, but there are no promotions or appraisals available here. Additionally, my reporting manager has not recommended me for better position.

Dislikes

Working hours are very long here like 10-11 hrs every day.
