Almost everything. No work life balance - people are considered robots Micromanagement Unrealistic goal setting Blame game amongst team - no one cares about solution; everyone keeps shouting at each other Work is totally different from what is described in the JD You can get a call as late as 12.00 in the night. Most of the weekends and national holidays are working People joining here are expected to know everything - no concept of KT or handholding Worst HR policy - no proper leave policy in place; HRs only follow upper management

Currently i don't like anything about ola service, but our senior technician was very helpfull

Very dissatisfied with the working Coulter, we working overtime without any extra payment, we buy tools from our salary, company doesn't provide any tools

There is very poor management There is very poor response from hr no one will know you like after placements There is poor timing to work They will offer you as a third party payroll (on contract) There is no leaves or holiday on festival
