They get you signed a service agreement bond for 21 months and rest your life will be hell. No work life balance, no home nothing only work work work. Do not join this company for free also.

Worst work-life balance. They trap you by signing absurd clauses in employment bond and will not let you quit by scaring you of weird consequences. They take original academic certificates at the time of joining and will not return you back and won't settle your dues if you wish to quit. I would recommend you not join this organization if you want to save yourself from corporate torcher.

I was so shy and less confident when I first joined this company and got humiliated by some employees. Some time I felt so alone bcz i didn't have any friends so I cried. But over time I leaned to be comfortable being alone and become mentally strong and got to learn how to handle humiliation.. and fight back. So bcz of Odyssey I got stronger than ever before that's what I liked being working in here .. And one more thing this is my personal experience so this might not be for u..

Totally acception environment where you dont have to display as a employee what you need they understand your need and even they take meeting every now n then to take a brief overview of u n your family health during this COVID-19.
