• Office Administration Viz : Space Allocation, Furniture's & Fixtures, Event Management
• Transport Management : Company & Hired Bus & Cars
• Housekeeping Services
• Canteen Management
• Vendor Management
• Training & Development of Worker
• Stores & Security (issues, receipts) Stationary and Inventory Control.
• Manage day to day affairs of admin function as assigned by AM w.r.t Canteen, Transport, Housekeeping & other infrastructure facilities of the concerned zone.
• Ensuring the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the Integrated management system
