Tbh. Not a thing. Skill wise it’s a nice place. To some extend.

A friend of mine got fired cause he refused to work on Sunday for which he had informed is team lead. Another friend of mine got fired because he had a non offensive argument with the CEO (Mathew Jose). If you join here. You won’t have any job security even after clearing probation period. The whom have been working for years here don’t know basic design knowledge. Not a good place. Skill related it’s a nice place but the higher post people have the authority to fire you. Just a reminder if you want to join this company be ready to face people with ego issues with the power of ruining you mental peace and firing you. They change the company policy according to their needs. When I joined this company they had a policy of working from home as well as from office. Then after a month or so their ego got burned up and they changed it to work from office. There was a mail from the authorities that no corrections after 6 and no new work after 4. Me and every single designers get new work at 6 or 6:30. People escalate issues on regular basis. Heavy politics.

Had been as a fresher as a graphic designer, one of the best place to work, people are very fun, supportive and entertaining. As a graphic designer they have a multi brands to work with where we get lot of opportunities to work and exposed.

Dislikes

Need to work on parallel Saturdays.

I have done my internship in Odigma for 3 months as a content writer. There was so much stuff to learn about writing for specific platforms. My mentor was really cool and she helped me a lot. I was always encouraged and was allowed to use my own creativity. It was an enlightening experience

Great company culture, team leads are always helpful. A very, very friendly place to work where you will always have help

Clients are always a problem. Unfortunately, the agency always looks after the client's needs rather than employees' well being. It is getting very very hectic
