...ful. The management is attentive and receptive to suggestions even from interns. The compensation and benefits are upper average industry standards. There are several occasions for learning and training open to the employees and requests for specific trainings are accommodated. The leadership has been very considerate and empathetic during the pandemic, keeping employees' wellbeing a priority. Odessa has provided a substantial covid insurance additional to the health insurance and a commendable leave policy as well. Flexible work hours are practised here.

...d making work a safe space. I have a great team to run this race with as well! Compensation and benefits are above average industry standards and still flexible. Before WFH, the office was a great space.

Once the pandemic passes, I'd like for Odessa to provide office transport. Thats the only downside but I understand it is in talks.

Coordinating meetings with a hybrid setting is tricky sometimes.

Good % hike while offering a job. However, once they find anyone with less pay with more years of experience, they will revoke the offer even 2 days before the joining date. one of my teammate got fired just because they found a new replacement with less pay. many of XAAS team VPs were fired because they questioned on estimation reduction plan of Management.

Dislikes

hire and fire structure. almost all team works like 12 hours + per day and 6 days week . company over commits to clients then with half of resource they struggle to complete the work with bad quality. if any one question on the estimation then they should be ready to be fired

Dislikes

Over committing by leadership without actually knowing the efforts needed. Process are not well in place. Less resources more work they want
