Everything is worst . salary is not on time . It get delayed for 3months everymonth you need to beg for your salary infront of the boss. He promise you to increase salary but don't do it giving stupid xcuses and blaming employee . It's the worst company ever who never pays employee salary and neither the vendor . No proper HR policy and compliance No proper audit . Alot politics

The Policy of the Company was good. The Working Environment was good. The Working Days was excellent but the they never fulfill what they commit while taking interviews.

Dislikes

...Sunday is also working day and when we ask for Compoff that time they say NO. The salary is not getting on time it get delayed for 2 months and after that also we gets salary of 1 month The payment of vendor they dont release and as we ordered anything the owner says that we have to pay from our pocket (from our Salary)

Work-Life Balance, clients are from tourism department so you can feel as if you are on tour while working.

Dislikes

No growth, No Appraisal Policy, Repetetive work, No salary hike, performance not measured, No job security, salary delayed for months, no HR department, strict office timings, salary cut if you are late at office.
