They pay you very less, degree doesn’t matter to them they will pay what a diploma holder would get, you need to works like a labour between the machines, its not a tech oriented company each and every person is working like a lobour with 0 skill set and same repeatative work

No matter who you are you will always be treated like a labour. No management. No one to listen to your problems. High expectation. Salary increment of only 6-8%. No promotion. No work evaluation and assessment startegy. No training.

Company rule by that ar...it sahu he thinks that he is the only one who can decide employee future only playing politics and that gasshole dinesh application Engineer with diploma degree thinks that he knows everything 😂 and machining people think they are in aerospace 😂 they don't even know basics of engineering

Totally scam is going there they are playing with customer safety 😔 and optimising parameters with fake reports I think if someone is ordering any part make sure to get check reports from vendors
