i like the way how company is ready to reduce the playslip, by providing xyz reasons to an employee, hike of the year 2020 was not given even revenues got ramped up. i like they are always ready to take Original certificates to black mail you to pay 2 lakhs if you break 3 YEARS of AGREEMENT, even after serving for 2.5 years. still like this many are there from my end.

Dislikes

... very less pay, no employee support, you don't even get udemy to learn courses don't expect perks, expect salary with internet bill is still a dream!

Likes

Great working environment and the management is transparent. Appraisals are fairly good and give good salary hikes.

Dislikes

There’s a chance that freshers might be under a minimum contract of two years to maximum of three years.

...ng is you need to maintain 8hrs in office premises So Work-life balance is easy.Wherever you work your skillset and commitment in your work is going to pay for you.

Overall good company. Good hike. Good salary. Flexible timing. Well trained teammates. Process is also good.

Dislikes

Not much projects coming. Mostly short term projects. No cab if anyone worked late night including females. WFH is not given for all employees.

They provided wfh. Moreover they tried hard to retain jobs and avoid salary cuts unlike other companies who have already reduced the salaries. However they took away allowance and appraisal this year which is understand because of the circumstances prevailing due to the pandemic

Dislikes

Opportunities are less, as many end up in bench for a long time with out a project. However they are trying harding to put people into projects.
