Office Location is Good and Office is Decent.

...s hardly practiced in any IT firm. Most peers are dissatisfied with their roles. The working hours are rigid from 10 AM to 7:30 PM and the salary offered is quite low in comparison. The Tech Stack in development is outdated. Seniors are really rude here. The management and owners shout at employees displaying unprofessional environment to work

i am not able to explain in words. world thirds classes organization , actually no class available for these company , not giving salary employee

There is a lot learn, you can build yourself into formidable after working here for 2 year because they give responsibility, they give learning, they put in a situation from where you come up as a strong skilled person.

There is no work life balance and management is not good. Company is in transition phase so there is lot of uncertainty over it's existence in next few years or so.

The company provides friendly work environment, unlike other organizations, where the treatment of employees matter Oakland Systems is excellent. Pros - Excellent teammates, bosses, and seniors who are always ready to help and support you to any extend. Timely performance reviews and feedback sessions, that helps you to be more productive at the workplace. Respect, empathy, work life balance, and exploration of new places are the perks. Timely salaries and benefits.

I do not see any cons of working here unless you do not love what you do.

There story behind for starting the company. Story was very emotional that there mother diagnosed a cancer and during that fage they are suffering to managed the documentation . for that they make this solution.

Dislikes

Although the story behind to establishing organisation will be quite interesting but the intention was very worst. They want slave on there organisation who can work day and night without questioning. The time was 10.30 to 7.30 which is mentioned in OL, but in reality they want us to work till 9 pm or sometime 11pm none of them live the office on 7.30pm . The head of the organisation Mr.Sidharth is directed this thing.
