The management really care about employees. Excellent work life balance with benefits. No one is treated like employee rather they are treated like a family members. The office environment is fun with young talented people. Everyday was a learning experience and also helped in my career development.

There are many things to praise about the Nyx Wolves. Here I'm listing the few: *They value people's Passion and Skill more than any Degrees and Certificates *They made us feel like home and treat every employee as same as in a very friendly manner *If you put 100% effort on the work, they'll return you 200% rewards and recognition (even if you didn't ask and expect) *Even during the remote work, they cared about the employees a lot and provided us a proper counseling and career guidance *Once you got committed to the pack, they'll always keeps you supporting and never let you down *And the final one is, I simply love to work in Nyx Wolves

What I like most about working here (unlike behemoth corporations) is the dedication given to every single employee of Nyx Wolves in order to help them grow which in turn instills the same dedication from the employees. I also enjoy the exposure to clients from around the world. Individuality is highly encouraged as well. Regarding security for women employees, there is respect and a secure work environment to all employees, regardless of gender, so that's a bonus! Transparency is preached as well as practiced. Communication between colleagues varies from lighthearted and fun small talk between friends in informal setups to serious discussions in formal settings. I also love the work-from-home option. All in all, glad to be here. :)

Dislikes

The major dislike I have is ... none. ;) Since this is a startup, there is no 'one among the crowd' identity. Every work you put in counts and you can see the result immediately.

Likes

Nyx has been a great workplace, with friendly colleagues and lots of learning opportunities. The management board are very talented and enthusiastic young team of people, who steps in to help whenever there's a concern on employee's behalf. I would strongly recommend Nyx Wolves as a place of blooming talents and a platform to upgrade your software and design skills.
