What I like most about working here (unlike behemoth corporations) is the dedication given to every single employee of Nyx Wolves in order to help them grow which in turn instills the same dedication from the employees. I also enjoy the exposure to clients from around the world. Individuality is highly encouraged as well. Regarding security for women employees, there is respect and a secure work environment to all employees, regardless of gender, so that's a bonus! Transparency is preached as well as practiced. Communication between colleagues varies from lighthearted and fun small talk between friends in informal setups to serious discussions in formal settings. I also love the work-from-home option. The major dislike I have is ... none. ;) Since this is a startup, there is no 'one among the crowd' identity. Every work you put in counts and you can see the result immediately.

My work is to ensure customer satisfaction with immediate responses to clients. Communicating with various types of people is interesting. I am also tasked with ensuring delivery of projects wherein timelines are of utmost importance.

The management board are very talented and enthusiastic young team of people, who steps in to help whenever there's a concern on employee's behalf. There is nothing much to dislike. Being a Startup there is lot of hustle. You have to do Smart and Hard work. There are people to guide you in the journey. So no, not much things to dislike.

Everything is well-organized and the best thing is every person gets clarity regarding their roles in the growth of the company and it is made sure they get ret due rewards. The work culture was great. I could just start my day with knowing the day's work and end it with what I have done. The process were all transparent. Appreciations for better performance was always given. It was a very equal platform for every employee.
