...warm & equal to every staff, they never have discrimination for junior & senior. The most appreciated & excellent thing is company's policy to make salary payment right on 7th date of every month they never missed the date. The company's unique feature is, they always honest to pay the incentive as per their commitment after achievement of milestone, they always see the fresher/junior most employee also get benefited through teamwork. They also arrange tours to travel destinations two or three times anually for staffs recreation & comfort

Timely salary,bonous. Also they paid balance paid leaves and comp off to employees.

Dislikes

Politics in management. Site Employees are harassed and mentally disturbed due to HOD's harassment/pressure and then quit the job. No of site level hod's taking contractor side and torcher/pressurize employees regarding work front,speed of work. Casual approach towards site safety, labours safety. No on take responsibility. Only says this is not in my scope. Never give any decision on actual site location by HOD.

...ng builder in Pune. Lots of contracting projects in Pune and outside Pune. also. Salary on the 1st of every month, one salary incentive in a year, full Diwali bonus and leave 1.75 per month Sunday off. But if you work on Sunday, your attendance will be marked for that also.

I don't like this thing promotions do not happen quickly in this company.

Company is really good as far as timely salary is concerned. All leaves can be enjoyed by the staff. HR system is too good.

Dislikes

Frequent transfers as per the need of the work. Bad behavior with juniors. No safety culture.

On time salary, No wok pressure and free hand to take decision once some proved their competency.

Few people’s are unprofessional at executive and top managerial level need of replacement with efficient and competent professionals.
