Timely salary,bonous. Also they paid balance paid leaves and comp off to employees.

Dislikes

Politics in management. Site Employees are harassed and mentally disturbed due to HOD's harassment/pressure and then quit the job. No of site level hod's taking contractor side and torcher/pressurize employees regarding work front,speed of work. Casual approach towards site safety, labours safety. No on take responsibility. Only says this is not in my scope. Never give any decision on actual site location by HOD.

You have zero authority to take any decision about your work, no personal life , if you take leave more than 2 days then your manager already decided that you are the enemy of project and you don't have any seriousness about your work, work is less but there apps e.g safty app punch app quality app should be daily update , your full day weast on this app, managers They called them Project engineer they will not support you in any technical or any other random work only pressurized about the target. All the material qty you has be estimate then you has to keep add in software then you has to take follow up from purchase dpt then you has to take follow up from Supplier when the material reach at site you has to unload it .. And the called project engineer just seat in office and Harras you by continue called.. No sunday off for juniors even there are nothing work on site you has to come report to your manager seat in the office like owl

On time salary, Diwali bonus and yearly Incentive, yearly increament.

Dislikes

1.No proper salary scale between experienced and new comers, they pay 20 to 25% less salary than average overall salary compare to other companies. 2.No work life balance. 3.Tremendous pressure from senior management. 4.management transfers employees forcefully from one place to another out of state at any time on the same day without knowing employees interest, without giving time for alternative arrangements. 5.No holidays on contracting sites, will have to work strictly all 7 days and will get 5 days leave after 3months.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...ng builder in Pune. Lots of contracting projects in Pune and outside Pune. also. Salary on the 1st of every month, one salary incentive in a year, full Diwali bonus and leave 1.75 per month Sunday off. But if you work on Sunday, your attendance will be marked for that also.

I don't like this thing promotions do not happen quickly in this company.
