You have zero authority to take any decision about your work, no personal life , if you take leave more than 2 days then your manager already decided that you are the enemy of project and you don't have any seriousness about your work, work is less but there apps e.g safty app punch app quality app should be daily update , your fullday weast on this app, managers They called them Project engineer they will not support you in any technical or any other random work only pressurized about the target. All the material qty you has be estimate then you has to keep add in software then you has to take follow up from purchase dpt then you has to take follow up from Supplier when the material reach at site you has to unload it .. And the called project engineer just seat in office and Harras you by continue called.. Politics in management. Site Employees are harassed and mentally disturbed due to HOD's harassment/pressure and then quit the job. No of site level hod's taking contractor side and torcher/pressurize employees regarding work front,speed of work. Casual approach towards site safety, labours safety. No on take responsibility.
