Company leadership has been captured by a bunch of in-breeding people of the worst kind the world has ever seen. They are amoral, unethical and outright criminal. Soon, they will eat it inside out and move on to the next target.

Likes

Good salary. Better than many IT companies . Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Depend on team to team. My team had no planning, estimations and we were less on resources so work load was more and everything is asked on prio every time Didn't like the rush culture. Flexible working hours but half of team is in US so you end up working almost complete day till 11 due to meetings with US peers.

Great office. Good food. Good package for freshers only.

...utings. Peoples are introverts they don't celebrate their success with anyone. You'll get salary and stocks only, nothing else to expect. No mentoring is given to new joiners, have to do everything on your own. Projects are given without checking experience background, also no monitoring is done. A team has more features than the number of people in that team. Doesn't hire candidate, and keep a minimum of candidate per team hence it increases the workload. My work-life balance totally sucks. Have to wake up till 2-3 AM daily to complete tasks.

Salary compensation is good, they provide weekly 2 days free food, breakfast.

Dislikes

No work life balance, so work load will be there, they will not give enough time for learning, many time You to work on weekends to meet the expectations from manager, also colleagues will not help much and even if someone helps then they will take the advantage of that.
