New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Extremely low salary, Highly religiously biased Team Lead, No one would care if you are literally Sexually Harrassed by the client, would not hesitate to fire you after which you would be asked to pay certain lakhs failing which they would not return your original documents. Hope no one gets trapped in such a low-grade organisation that views employees as a use and throw material.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No proper job culture nor any Support from management and HR Team after hiring. Lot of deduction from salary and no health care benefits.

Dislikes

No management support. No support from HR Team. When you ask your queries to HR they ask not to keep calling and never revert on same.

Will get to work in cilent side and will get the knowledge of handling the pressure

Dislikes

-There is no worklife balance -They need you to work 24/7 -No hike even after completion of 2 years -Bond for 2 years and have to submit your documents/certificates
