NTT Data has done a fraud with me by not paying my 1 month salary of September month, 2023 . I gave proper resignation and served notice period, but NTT Data did a Scam with me by not paying my 1 month salary of around Rs 1,20,000. Subramani from Payroll Team refused to pay my 1 month salary. My NTT Data Portal ID is : 316413 and My Employee ID is: 10378156

Working culture is very good basically from performance testing team.

Dislikes

No hike, only retention bonus (need to return to company if you left in a yr after getting this bonus) They don’t take care of talent they only want to save employees by giving rentention bonus however it is not successful.

First of all they provide permanent WFH facility. And also in some process there is no work load. And there is ample of food stall outside campus. There is sports facilities everyday you can play cricket, Badminton’s etc.

There is issue in CTC so don’t go blindly on package by seeing offer letter sound goods, but what heat in bank account that’s matter.There is too much deduction from CTC. And and somewhere management also not that much good. There is no cafeteria in tower 7 NTT building. So even a cup of tea also you have to go outside, it’s very difficult in rainy season to go outside.

...er driven. HR policies are just for name sake. People use the offer and counter. Both side PF in deducted from employee package. Taking your personal leave is also an issue to the managers here as if you are asking for their kidney or lever.
