First of all they provide permanent WFH facility. And also in some process there is no work load. And there is ample of food stall outside campus. There is sports facilities everyday you can play cricket, Badminton’s etc.

Dislikes

There is issue in CTC so don’t go blindly on package by seeing offer letter sound goods, but what heat in bank account that’s matter.There is too much deduction from CTC. And and somewhere management also not that much good. There is no cafeteria in tower 7 NTT building. So even a cup of tea also you have to go outside, it’s very difficult in rainy season to go outside.

Good skill development train provided, weekly refresher training to have good knowledge on process are provided regularly.

Dislikes

Only salary no other benefits that can make employees happy to work, no promotion and no transperant process of promotion and hike, nothing is communicatef to employees often.

I'm in medical treatment for pregnancy and unable to continue work and resign with immediate effect and unable to pay for shortfall. Management not supporting for waiver off and it's not possible to pay the gross salary without a source of income and lack of support for the female employees from NTT Management

...er driven. HR policies are just for name sake. People use the offer and counter. Both side PF in deducted from employee package. Taking your personal leave is also an issue to the managers here as if you are asking for their kidney or lever.
