1. No work life balance 2. Illogical offer letter provided. Actual salary is half of what is mentioned in offer letter. 3. Lot of politics 4. No opportunity for new people to become VP of any function. Fix old people are the current VPs. 5. CEO and CFO are very young- hence no logical things while they take any decision. CEO is involved in every smallest of the things. 6. Indirectly having lot of Micro-management but saying we don’t prefer it. 7. Car Parking issue. Have to park on road side. 8. No fun Friday, no celebration on festivals. 9. Monotonous work culture ONE SHOULD PREFER NOT WORKING HERE. YOU CAN DEFINITELY FIND A BETTER OPPORTUNITY

...st importantly, the practices and policies of this company are highly unethical. Mind you the compensation structure is fake. They quote the variable component (which is based on your promotion in the company) as a fixed component. The HRs are aware of this scam and are gleefully a part of this. Overall, you should definitely want to avoid this company if your peace of mind is dear to you.
