Everything. Nothing is right in this company. The CEO thinks as if he's a ringmaster. He's experimenting with people's careers. They hire and fire people for fun. Don't join this company, they'll treat you as if you don't know anything. There's no senior leadership, the senior management consists of some brainless set of people.

They give good salaries, but a lala company. No extra benifits. The owner is a nice person, who is understanding as well and know how to do business.
