The culture is borderline psychotic and immensely toxic. The CEO in the veil of running a company is playing a video game for fun. No one in the company is working on some actual impactful work. It is all a hoax. The CEO is highly delusional. He wants to obnoxiously control the employees. Due to this he has a great strategy of hiring people who are easy to manipulate and control (mostly from tier 3-4 colleges). Also, only those employees survive who do not reason with the CEO and blindly follow him. The company is filled with too many HRs. These are like highly loyal pets to the CEO. Their job is to babysit and micromanage the employees like they are some 3 year-old toddler. They do not have real work so most of their time is spent gossiping about other employees. Most importantly, the practices and policies of this company are highly unethical. Mind you the compensation structure is fake. They quote the variable component (which is based on your promotion in the company) as a fixed component. The HRs are aware of this scam and are gleefully a part of this. The company has a lot to do with politics. Also the bond amount is a big issue. They can fire you anytime but if you leave the company even before 2 days of the bond's end they won't t consider to give you your experience letter and FnF. Complete SHIT!
