If you are starting your career this company really helps you to grow. The management is really good and the manager helps the trainee very much.

The Payout of this company as compared to another company is very less. The company pays very less salary to the employees.

Good company with many good flexibilities. Great work life balance, cooperative colleagues and managers. Well know recognition in field of market research.

Salary and perks are little dicey. Management structure need improvement.

Plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and and we work happily in collaboration and you will get the feeling of working in a very supportive and friendly work environemnt. Another plus point is upper management maintain the transparency and reachable to all.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

"Some seniors and managers unfortunately don't dedicate enough time to help their teams improve their skills on a regular basis. It seems there are some insecurities and issues of corruption that may be affecting their approach. This creates challenges for team growth and development. I believe a more focused effort on skill-building and guidance would benefit the entire team."
