Motivational environment is zero. I joined company 12 feb 2018 still i havn't got the additional benefits like PF and ESI where on my offer letter there mentioned after six months will get the benefits. May be later got that. "Company should maintain the policy and benefits to the employee" Field is the first genertor income of the company. Dislike company offer letter..

The company is adopts latest technology. I am a part of a team that markets reliable Bank & Non Bank high-quality verification report entire West Bengal. As a result, I get to learn various type of job dependent on client's & I have to attend client calls. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various backgrounds and we work highly collaboration.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
