Zero appreciation from the reporting management and extremely rude and abusive behavior. I went to take my Covid Vaccine post that I was bit uneasy and was not feeling well. So I took some rest for 1 hour and I got call from my manager asking me who gave you the authority to take rest. With whose permission you took rest for 1 hour (7.) No leaves. Even sick leave also. If you ask for 1 day genuine sick leave your reporting manager asks you how many mails you have pending, how may cases you have resolved and we have client call today. This is the response which I got from the other side. No festival leave, nothing!

GBS : Do not expect a huge salary. Expect a decent pay. Need strong Leaders and not managers. Very few leaders on floor to look upto and follow as a disciple.
