...rkari company where you would want to spend rest of your career till retirement. An excellent variable bonus policy. Excellent leave policy. And pretty awesome hike every year. You get everything before you ask for it. Recent change of making parental leave of 8 weeks has really won my heart.

Apart from salary nothing I get work environment is ok team mates are good no innovation I had no career growth iny department I think they are exploiting

I don't get any companion expect salary which I get regularly on 1st of every month it's good part

Every thing is on Managerial discretion. If your manager favours you, you will enjoy all the benefits, learning curve will be high.

GBS : Do not expect a huge salary. Expect a decent pay. Need strong Leaders and not managers. Very few leaders on floor to look upto and follow as a disciple.
