Laid back, Best for someone who wants a boring job with good pay after having 5-6 years of experience. Great work-life balance and company culture.

Dislikes

...re. No scope for promotions without completing the 2 years per role requirement. No competitive salary. No challenging tasks. Anything more complex than a drag and drop would be delegated to some consultancy.

Overall company has a great work culture with employee friendly policies. Company offers decent pay package if you can negotiate well.

Dislikes

Primarily company is focused towards pharma and hence if you happen to be an IT employee and want to grow interms of technology and professionally this is not a place

...oration with supportive Teammate. Good Work place in terms of Foods & Cafetaria. The Company Policy are Transparent and the Salary Hike are based on performance and Annual Incentive bonus is also Good.
