Nothing I liked it is very worst no office culture

Many things to say: 1.It is like Taluk office/Gram Panchayath office. 2.No work culture/No Standard protocol 3.Everything is running under only decision that is VP at Chennai 4.No HyBrid No Food 5.Main part is if we need to go washroom that is also biometric and pathetic washrooms entire others people also accessible. My suggestion is to not to join this company

Senior are not well trained , they will always misbehave to the junior and some of them are not have self knowledge so they can’t able to think self that is the reason

A point I like the most is, reporting style is dual. Functional reporting is global and administrative reporting is local. Can experience good connection with people and can develop better communication
