Differentiation in the benefits 11. Flat structured. All the technical employees other than Freshers are with specialist designation irrespective of their experience 12. Poor work culture 13. Too much micro management 14. Management is not transparent with employees

Work life balance is the only good thing about Nordex. Company's growth is also good. Sponsorship for higher education

The work assigned to Indians is third class work. Company policies in India change based upon the mood of VP. The work we do is nothing related to work the employees do. There will be service agreement for every growth opportunity of employee.
