...ammates are supportive.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

Nokia is a best place of you are looking out for a stable job and secure stay. In my 14 yrs of career I have seen very less or least corporate politics in Nokia. I don't want to generalise that for the whole company becoz I have worked for 3 different teams at Nokia. So that's my opinion. Sometimes people are extremely rude and head strong here, becoz they have lived their whole life here and they think it's their own place. So you might some times better dissatisfied with the people around.

Dislikes

Everybody has the same opinion about pay and promotion. But I personally feel Nokia is paying a bit less than the market trend, however their policies are fair enough. At the end of the day, the more you earn, the more tax you pay, so it's one and the same.

Likes

Salary compensation upto market standards, people are supportive team mates and others. Working on 5G itself is challenging and learning opportunities are more.

Work life balance not great too much work pressure from higher management

This rating is for off role employee Do not join on ofroll in this company there is no hike policy no appraisal If you want to spoil your carrier then you will join Work from home policy only for nokia payroll employee Manager fix your 3 days so you always in reach of office location not doing work from home if you are living at distance of 100 to 200 km.

Nokia policy is best for only their payroll employee All rules and regulations strictly on off role employee No appreciation No salary increment policy Only verbal commitment

Great organization till you retire . Lot of respect and appreciation. Good salary and benefits are great like CLV , corporate insurance etc . Never expected nokia such a great employer .

Dislikes

If you are in rite opportunity and correct job role nothing bad as such . I feel lot critical work is carried out by onsight team, in India you might be doing the work which may not add/enhance your skills but it's completely person opinion .
