Politics in some teams, Not much benefits apart from salary at lower job grades, Since they have announced a layoff of about 8000 employees there is a feeling of uncertainty, Micro management has started since the recent restructuring. Their working hours mean 8 hours for client work and then do other work over and above 8 hour.
