Salary hikes are less compared to other product based companies. Layoffs are planned due to telecom market is volatile. There is no proper roadmap to the developing RAN products.

Great work culture, there is little to no micromanagement. If you are dedicated, its a great place to learn. Great job security

After a level, the salary hike would be slow. There is not a lot of perks beyond the ctc.
