Work culture is good. Scope to build new solutions not just stick to what is said. Colleagues are supportive. No power hierarchy, so it's easy to talk to anyone.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are less. Not enough for position and efforts put towards completion of a project.

Good work life balance, striving to become the best in as telecom vendor also has good European work culture which encourages to be open fearless and empowered

Too many reorgs making employees frustrated. Also salary hikes are just average . People are reluctant to leave because they are afraid to come out of their comfort zone. I think that will change after covid

Nokia is very good place not only to work but also Team building, Knowledge development, On time performance and much more. Skill development improved lot and learned many more from it.

Salary is main and seeing many Partiality in giving hike yearly... This is main drawback here

...tes are supportive and tha management is transparent. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give god salary hike and bonus every year.

No new learnings No growth Very little salary increase To much politics, only people who are old in the organisation are getting all the opportunities and promotions. Not a good company for new joiners
