Working for Nokia is one of my dream and unfortunately I worked from third party n overall is excellent, Removing employees in COVID-19 pandemic situation is unacceptable. Hope Nokia will come for normal situation and heartly welcoming back to Nokia

Leaving Employees for this COVID-19 and that too without any Compensation.

No new learnings No growth Very little salary increase To much politics, only people who are old in the organisation are getting all the opportunities and promotions. Not a good company for new joiners

Work Life Balance will be good Benefits and Pay are ok Good work environment, infrastructure Technologies are good You should take responsible and express your ideas For Self learning has time and environment

Appraisal and Hike is not good. Project in learning is not good based on my team. More process oriented.

1. Very very less pay compared to other IT product based companies 2. Tech stack is very old generally and most networking based work is there. 3. Not a good option to join if you are interested in web domain.

Good work life balance. Nokia offers flexi working options. Good paternity and maternity leave policy. Good place for a network engineer

Dislikes

Nokia is a failed company. Its shares price is continuously dropping which reflects in the appraisal and salary. Nokia has announced huge job cuts recently. Continuous mid management leadership change and reorg is causing volatile environment. It doesn't have attractive roles and opportunities compared to other software companies
