There is nothing to like about the place. I was fortunate enough to have a closely bonded team in Kolkata which kept me here for over a year.

...alance and even the job will ask you to stay out on the road till 10pm everyday. Attendance policy needs to be fixed and they will look for every opportunity to deduct salary. Highly recommended not to join this organization.

On time payment. Good opportunity for freshers to start their career. Team outing. Low pressure form seniors. Incentives. Laptop and mobile reimbursement.

Dislikes

Low leaves. Week off on Mondays. Too much penalty and deduction of salary. Attendance policy need to correct. Poor work life balance. Location tracking. Whole day need to travel and visit 5-6societies daily.

Lala company won't pay for 5 months and will not process your fnf fraud 🤥 should be sued in court and arrest them wont pay what was promised in offer letter Hr won't bother to even talk

I had to be polite in reviews but I don't want to be but man this company is not worth the time and effort your salary n incentive won't be paid asper the offer letter policy is to rob the employee.
