monetory penalty policy is not at all healthy, also due to unusual attandance submission, pay cut happens more often, as an employee you do not have idea that about how much salary you would be getting in the month. fixed salary should be there alongwith job security.

I worked with the NoBroker Packers and Movers team in Delhi NCR, where my floor manager, Anand, was unreasonable and unhelpful. Whenever I tried to discuss an issue with him, he would dismiss my concerns, insisting he was always right. He seemed solely focused on hitting targets and numbers, disregarding the challenges we were facing.
