no job security, very bad work culture, poor management, they found a little region for didect your salary and they terminate you, if you not achive your target in a single month. guys please don't joining this company . please don't join.

political organization fake promise with customers they have very bad painter and all vender. no body responsible if any issues on work, only you have to handle it.

Company is awesome but newly appointed management is horrible and new rules and deducting incentives and terminating an employee just because of performance where as no company will terminate for company will terminate for performing instead they ask to resign most of the employees lost jobs The newly appointed ATL I don't wanna mention his name who is taking care of Bangalore region currently and joined 5-6 months back he is playing politics don't know who appointed him he planned and removed most of the performers and lot of Bucket works hard to trust people here and that too in lockdown they want to terminate for silly reasons I request you all who ever is reading this don't join this company when there is such a horrible management

As I can say in one sentences, NoBroker is one of the best company I ever worked.. Good environment, company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No proper Petrol allowance, still didn't get my salary telling like credited like that but Is management no proper training, Worst Work for a startups

Incentive is high... double the salary as incentive easy to convert customer Work pressure on month end only

I have worked in painting sales team Please give training to manager to convert sales leads 0 knowledge in sales and lead If manager need to work in marketing field painting department manager will be the first person to fire by the organisation
