The upper management is very bad, so much office politics. The salary and perks are very bad compared to market standards. The employees are treated very badly.

There a re ample opportunities to learn of one is interesting. You can directly reach to higher management though handling them requires some effort.

The pay structure and benifits can be improved specialy when they call themselves proptech unicorn.

Salary on time. Learning. Team is good and supportive.

Lack of work life balance. No overtime. Less Compensation. Lots of pressure. Senior attitude and language not good. Treating as bad as possible. No increment on time. Less growth of pay package. Assigning responsibilities without designation and pay, for a long time. In wfh, they have taken us for granted.

...parents are not covered in the so called benifit even you are not covered even when provide certificate they terminate you salary is also too low worst place to work pathetic no one should join pathetic pathetic company fraud and cheaters manager management is fraud how it became unicorn company only by cheating as employee I have seen how much negligible they are

Then are deducting the half salary if target not completed also they have demo base salary its means what ever you input they will pay you I will never ever suggest this company to my friend and enemy i hope you under stand my feedback
