Job is secure,no job loss and salary deduction due to on covid, company is taking very care on policies to employees benfits and safety,work culture is aswome, management is very food.overall excellent work environment.

I am working with Nobel is 5 months ago only, not feel any dislike.

Only 50 % departmental support is good.

Salary is too less as compared to designation. Too much dirty politics. If everything is good then management congratulate Only upper management & Something happens wrong then blames supervisors, officers. Upper Management demotivate lower staff always. Salary is too low Officer salary is equal to Casual worker salary.

Salary and expenses are credited to timely account. HR department is cooperative.

The company does a lot of practicals with the running product which The sales of the product automatically degrowth due to which all the hard work done on that product becomes useless.
