...s no hot beverage like tea & coffee to employees who working in night shift ....Low salary in night shift.... mantainence at its worst....No menu in cafeteria....Providing expired snacks at the break time.

We can learn all things. Team members support is gud. One important thing NITTANY is not a PVT LTD. company its an LLP. Not as NITTANY CREATIVE SOLUTIONS. Its NITTANY SERVICE LLP. And also they have synthetic health care inside it. And also they have one more company for higher level manager.

...months ctc to the company. In next 20 days from the day relieved i pay my money. They took me 2 weeks to release my salary . After frequently asking them abt my PF. One fine day i called them and shouted to them that u were calling me daily for my 3 months ctc. Then y r u not informing me abt the status they said thats not there job to inform those. And finally after awaiting of many months they gave me forms . Now i want to go to PF office and i need to submit the form . After one month i can get the money back.

Poor Team management i relieved my job on May 2024 but still I didn't receive PF money, I ask H.R she replied improper answer and block my number. It was very frustrated because of she says a after relieving in 3 months we claim PF money given to your account but he lied and answer rudely

Some employees and trainers and manager wasting the precious time of employees by arranging meeting for unnecessary things.

One of the best environment to work with out adding any pressure. Friendly members.

They should extend canteen to make avail more foods because some people eat foods outside only. So this elaboration of cateen will be usefull.
