Bad person.i was working in wall last three month.emmideatly resine job within four days without any reason. And my pending 17500 rs. When I was working with 'Nitesh', the salary used to come on time..I heard that it does not happen in the same way now..That could be the only challenging thing..If that problem is shorted out then it could be one of the best place to work for in Real Estate..

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
