The Company has a few firsts to its credit. It was one of the first developers in India to attract foreign direct investment (FDI) in real estate with investor like Och Ziff. This was followed by investment by Apollo Global Capital, Citigroup Property Investors, HDFC Asset Management Company and Goldman Sachs Inc. NEL Holdings is run by a set of experienced professionals and thrives on achieving its ambitious growth plans. We are focussing on becoming a leader in facilities management of security / housekeeping / landscaping / technical and corporate catering.
