it is very poor company with 4 years bond. salary is average

i not all like the company.the politics is too much for the working people so that they are not satisfied with the companyy rules and policies they introduce.

Worst support given this company, don't come any one engineer this organisation.

We are face salary cut of this pandemic situation. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Also, there is no on- job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes.

Need to provide proper professional employee. Like hard labour for hard works thay can only get the perfect output. Technicians never do any hard works and cleaning works at all situation . My experience thay are maintained so much attitude at hard works. We can motivate some time only not at all situation.

This company is better career to further working in MNC company and it is a good field to learn something new about substation engineering.

There is too much travelling within a short period of time and food also.

1.management can select some selected engineers not given any department jobs. using for useless jobs( non technical works like cable laying, panel shifting, adapatation works) not treat as engineer. 2.your destination is engineer but your works are like technician. 3.total waste of years in that company campany want money so they used some low grade engineer life spoil. 4.Management see only engineer face and reference for which person he came from company NOT thing he also but a bonds and submit the certificate. LOW GRADE VS HIGH GRADE 5. Low grade engineer means coming from poor reference, cuddalore dist, ( not 6 High grade engineer only get departmentt form starting its carrier (manager reference, relation of MD and manager, high grade engineer, coming form trichy,to kaniyakumari.south tamilnadu.

NISSI MANAGEMENT- You face and which person form your reference only decides the department. not your certificate and bonds period. Like this engineer don't waste the time in that organisation.Skip the jobs and try a new one. you can not try any company in that type of works just you can work for nissi like slave.
